Claude Code
for your job.
Not for devs.

Too many Claude Code tutorials talk to you about Rust, refactoring, debugging. But what about you — marketing freelancer, SaaS founder, B2B salesperson, consultant? Here are 4 playbooks by profession, with tested, ready-to-copy workflows. None of them require you to know how to code.

"The right tool + the right workflow = 5 to 10 hours saved a week."
I built every workflow chasing the highest time saved / learning friction ratio. You can grab one today and have it running tomorrow morning. — Jérémy · tested across several professions

Your job. Your playbook.

Every section follows the same format: the context of the job, 3 concrete workflows per vertical, and the time they save you. Grab whatever helps, and adapt it to the tools you already have.

B2B marketing freelancer

Context: 3 to 8 clients at once, repeating deliverables (briefs, SEO audits, content, monitoring), billed hourly or by package. Every hour saved = direct margin. Each workflow here gives you back 3 to 8 hours a week.

Workflow 1 · A client wiki that builds itself

One folder per client. Inside you drop: the initial brief, call notes, Zoom transcripts, past deliverables, scrappy notes you took on the fly. Claude Code reads it all at the start of the session. When a client calls you 6 months after a project, you ask "summarize where we left off with [client]" — and you get a complete brief in 20 seconds instead of rereading 40 documents.

Estimated gain: 3 to 5 hours a week on prepping client calls.

Setup: Claude Code + a ~/clients/ folder with a subfolder per client + one CLAUDE.md per client with your voice, their preferences, their no-gos. Full guide: Karpathy's LLM Wiki.

Workflow 2 · Page-by-page SEO audit, in parallel

You launch Claude Code inside the client site folder. You ask: "Analyze every HTML page (meta, h1, internal linking, keyword density). Compare it to the first page of Google for the query [keyword]. List the 5 priority improvements for each page." — and it runs an audit an agency would bill you €800 to €1,500 for.

Estimated gain: 2 days of work cut down to 1 hour.

Skill to install: seo-audit (included in the skills pack).

Workflow 3 · Automatic competitor monitoring for your clients

You pick your client's 5 competitors. Claude Code scrapes their sites and analyzes their offers, prices, and sales arguments. The output is a table: positioning, pricing, promises, differentiators. You can bill this as a standout monthly deliverable (€200 to €500 per client, 30 min of setup).

Estimated gain: New recurring revenue + 2 days of research replaced by a single command.

Skill to install: deep-research (skills pack).

Early-stage SaaS founder

Context: You're solo or a team of two, somewhere between post-launch and product-market fit. You have to do 10 things at once: product, sales, support, marketing, ops. Time is your scarcest resource. These workflows are built to delegate without hiring.

Workflow 1 · A conversational SaaS dashboard

You connect Claude to your Stripe + your database through MCP. In the morning, instead of opening 4 tabs, you type: "Summarize yesterday: MRR, churn, new trials, support tickets, signups still in activation. Flag anything off-trend." — Claude queries your tools directly and hands you a daily brief.

Estimated gain: 30 to 45 min a day on your morning routine.

Setup: Stripe + Supabase MCP servers (or Postgres, depending on your stack). Guide: understanding MCP.

Workflow 2 · Qualified support, automated

You export your last 50 support tickets. Claude Code reads them, sorts them by theme, spots the 3 recurring issues, and drafts replies in your voice (if you've got a well-tuned CLAUDE.md). You approve in 10 min what would have taken you 3 hours.

Estimated gain: 5 to 10 hours a week + more consistent replies.

Skill to install: copywriting + your own CLAUDE.md.

Workflow 3 · Landing page copy, tested before you ship

You feed Claude your current landing page along with your product context + ICP. It generates 3 variants of hero, lead, and CTA in the Hormozi / Chapman framework. You pick what speaks to you and you ship. To go further: you use autoresearch à la Karpathy to run A/B tests on a loop.

Estimated gain: A landing page that converts vs. one you "keep meaning to fix but never have time for."

Skill to install: landing-page-generator (skills pack) + read the autoresearch article.

A concrete example of something I built

I built a sales tool for my wife (an insurance account manager) over 3 evenings in front of Netflix, without writing a single line of code. If you need to see what this actually looks like before investing your time — this is the perfect example.

B2B salesperson

Context: You juggle prospecting, qualifying, demos, follow-ups, closing. Your productive time is the time spent talking to customers. Everything else (research, writing, CRM) needs to disappear. These 3 workflows aim at exactly that.

Workflow 1 · Cold emails that don't sound cold

You give Claude your list of 50 prospects (LinkedIn URL, company, role). It enriches each row with the company's recent news, the prospect's public profile, and a personalized angle to open with. Then it writes each email in your voice, with a unique hook per prospect. You review, tweak 3 or 4 per batch, and send.

Estimated gain: One prospect = 45 seconds instead of 15 minutes of research.

Skill to install: cold-email (skills pack).

Workflow 2 · Meeting prep in 30 seconds

You paste the prospect's name and company into Claude. It hands you: the company's recent news (last 12 months), potential buying signals, key questions to ask, and 3 value angles for your offer. You walk into the meeting prepared, not improvising.

Estimated gain: 2 to 3 better-prepped meetings a day = +15 to 25% conversion rate.

Setup: Claude.ai Pro with a "My clients" Project (no need for Claude Code to get started).

Workflow 3 · A clean CRM, effortlessly

After every call, you dictate 2 minutes of voice notes (transcribed by your phone). You paste the raw text into Claude: it structures it into decisions · actions · next step · sales signal, and can even draft the follow-up email in your voice. Your CRM is up to date without you ever opening it.

Estimated gain: 20 min saved per call. Over 4 calls/day = 1 hour 20.

Bonus: Combine it with a Salesforce or HubSpot MCP so Claude pushes straight into your CRM. Understanding MCP.

If you're just starting, keep it simple

No need to automate everything at once. Pick ONE workflow (#2 is the fastest to set up), test it for 2 weeks, measure the time saved. Then you stack the next one.

Independent consultant

Context: You sell intellectual time: analysis, synthesis, recommendations. Your deliverables are reports, executive summaries, presentations. The gains here are spectacular — Claude shines at this kind of task.

Workflow 1 · An executive summary from 50 sources

You drop into a folder: 20 articles, 5 industry reports, 10 interview write-ups, 15 podcast transcripts. You ask Claude: "Synthesize this in 2 pages for an exec board: the state of the market, the 3 major trends, the 2 weak signals, 5 actionable recommendations. Cite your sources." — and you have a brief ready in 20 min instead of 2 days.

Estimated gain: 10 to 15 hours on an executive summary.

Skill to install: content-production + deep-research.

Workflow 2 · Industry competitive analysis

You list your client's 10 competitors in a Google Sheet (name, site). Claude Code scrapes each site and pulls out the offer, the listed pricing, the sales arguments, the customer testimonials, the differentiation signals. The output is a comparison table, ready to drop into your slide. You do in 20 min what your junior does in 3 days.

Estimated gain: 3 days of junior work replaced by 30 min. Billable at the same client rate.

Workflow 3 · Customer interviews → insights

You run 12 customer interviews (1 hour each, transcribed by Granola or Otter). You paste all 12 transcripts into Claude. You ask: "Identify the 5 recurring problems, rank them by frequency, give me 3 verbatim quotes for each." — the insights a firm would bill you €50K for come out in 30 min of work.

Estimated gain: 2 weeks of manual analysis cut down to 2 hours.

Important: Client data is sensitive — read the "What you should never put into Claude" section in the beginner path before pasting any personal data.

Your deliverable just got a head start

The consultant who uses Claude well produces in 1 week what their competitors do in 3. No need to be a dev: you stay in your lane — analysis, synthesis, recommendations. Claude just does the thankless work for you.
