— Your subscription · total transparency

You choose.
I respect it.

Before you tweak your preferences or head out, take 2 minutes to understand what you're actually getting, how I write it, and what I refuse to put in it. If after all that you still want to adjust things · it's right below.

— AI Playbook · how it works

What you
actually get.

AI Playbook is my personal AI watch. Every Friday morning, I share the 5 finds of my week · tools I've tested, prompts that work, articles worth your time, real examples.

I don't write it "for you." I write it for me first, because I want to stay up to date on AI without burning my evenings on it. If it helps me, I figure it can help other people too · so I send it your way.

The pipeline, step by step

I built a script (Claude Code) that runs automatically and surfaces the info. Here are the 4 steps so you know exactly how your email gets cooked ·

01 · Monday

Multi-source scan

Reddit (11 AI + business subs), Hacker News, 8 official tech blogs (OpenAI, Google AI, Hugging Face…), GitHub, 16 YouTube channels, Google News. ~700 raw items pulled in.

02 · Tuesday–Thursday

I filter, I test

The script scores items on 5 axes (demand, relevance, evergreen, hands-on, gap). I keep ~15 ideas. I actually test 2–3 of them. The rest get cut.

03 · Thursday night

Writing

I write with Claude Code locally (not the web app). A CLAUDE.md holds my tone rules and my hard nos. I read it out loud before hitting send.

04 · Friday 9am

Sent via Resend

You get the email. I leave my direct email address at the bottom of every newsletter · if you reply, it lands in my inbox and I read every word.

Transparency is my rule #1 · every newsletter says right up top "written with Claude, reviewed by me." Every stat is sourced (you can click each link to check). I make nothing up.

— My hard nos

What you'll
never find in it.

As much a manifesto as a positioning · here's what I refuse to write, no matter what.

The 6 things that will never make it into my newsletter

  • Disguised ads · if a tool paid me or handed me a deal, I say so clearly. No tool in this newsletter is sponsored (to date).
  • Undisclosed affiliate links · no affiliate link without an explicit "(affiliate link)" right next to it.
  • AI drama · no headlines like *"OpenAI is about to replace EVERY dev,"* *"AI will kill your job."* Doomer whispering isn't my thing.
  • Lists of prompts copied with no context · I test every prompt I share. If I haven't run it myself, it's not in there.
  • Empty marketing promises · no *"7 days to master AI,"* *"Make €10,000/month,"* *"The secret nobody's telling you."*
  • Fuzzy or made-up stats · every number has a clickable source. If I can't source it, I don't quote it.

If one day you spot something from this list in one of my emails, reply to me. I'll fix it and apologize in the next newsletter. This transparency is all I've got to earn your attention.

— Archive

The latest editions.

So you can see what you're getting (or about to get) before you decide.

First edition

Friday, April 24, 2026 · 9am

The first edition goes out this Friday. The next ones land every Friday at the same time. Once it's published, you'll be able to reread the archives right here on this page.

— Adjust or leave

Your preferences.

Now that you know exactly what you're getting · it's up to you.

Your email

The address currently getting my newsletters (or about to).

What you get

Check what you want to keep. Uncheck what you don't want anymore. Change it whenever your mood shifts · that's what it's for.

Unsubscribe from everything

You come off all my lists. No more emails from me. It's final, unless you re-subscribe someday. No "Are you really sure?", no ten clicks to leave.

One last thing before you go

If it's one specific thing that bugged you (a topic I shouldn't have covered, a tone that rubbed you the wrong way, too high a frequency), reply to my newsletter instead. I fix what's off · your feedback is valuable, even the uncomfortable kind.

If it's the whole thing · I get it. No hard feelings, no drama. You come off the list and we both move on. And if you ever want to rejoin, you know where to find me · sagnier.jeremy@gmail.com.

Safe travels. And thanks for stopping by here to decide.
