01 Who I am, in two minutes.
My name is Jérémy Sagnier. I'm 41. I'm Kevin Sagnier's twin brother — he founded Eurofiscalis in 2017, a tax representation firm across Europe. I worked with him on the group's business development for years before starting my own company, Jerwis Conseil, in 2025.
I live in Roussillon, in the Vaucluse (the ochre village, yes, that one). I have a son. I spend a lot of time running, reading, testing AI tools, and trying to figure out where the world is headed over the next ten years.
I'm not a developer. I don't code. I never studied computer science. I'm just someone who, since late 2024, decided AI wasn't going to leave me behind. So I learned step by step, slowly, testing everything myself. And what it changed in my daily life and my team's — it's huge.
02 What I do here, concretely.
On this site, I publish three things:
- A free learning path in 4 steps to learn AI in the order I learned it. Start here if you're new.
- An automated watch every Friday at 9am — the AI Playbook newsletter. I built it for myself first (I wanted to stop scrolling LinkedIn for 2 hours every Monday morning). You can get the same one.
- Test articles + sharp opinions on AI, Claude Code, agents, and where it's all taking us. All the articles here.
Plus a podcast, AI Wars (about the fights between the AI giants, told like a novel), and a small homemade tool at €39 to generate your personal-branding photos with AI.
03 My journey, in a few dates.
Kevin launches Eurofiscalis. Tax representation across Europe for foreign companies. I join the ride on business development, marketing, operations.
Eurofiscalis scales. 15 countries covered, a team of 60+, Leo (the AI mascot) launched to assist clients. My first real immersion in applied AI, on the product side.
The click. ChatGPT, then Claude, then Claude Code. I spend 6 months testing in "I want to understand this thing before it runs me over" mode. I discover that AI, for someone like me (not a dev), is genuinely usable.
Jerwis Conseil is founded (SAS, Avignon company registry). The AI Playbook newsletter launches. First Claude Code test articles. jerwis.fr goes live in April.
The year of agents. The site passes 25 articles, the AI Wars podcast drops, the first paid tool (personal-branding photo generator) launches. And it keeps going.
04 My guarantee, in two sentences.
I do all of this for myself first. If it reaches you, it's because it helped me first. The newsletters are automated watches I produce for myself. The articles are tests I run first to understand, and that end up being useful to others.
No miracle product. No passive-income promise. No €2,000 program. Just someone learning in public and sharing what works — and what doesn't. If I'm wrong, write to me. I read everything, I reply to everything, and I fix it if it's deserved.
